Guatemalan is extremely popular in our coffee shop, regularly selling out on our shelves. And we think this one is particularly exceptional.

Sourced from the high-altitude regions of Guatemala, our Guatemalan Mayan Coffee is cultivated in rich volcanic soil, contributing to its distinctive flavour profile.

Our Guatamala Maya is smooth and velvety, it has dark chocolate flavours with caramel, toffee, orange and sometimes undertones of nuts.

Grown at elevations ranging from 1,200 to 1,700 meters above sea level, this coffee benefits from the ideal climate and terrain of the region.

• Origin: Guatemala

• Aroma: Sweet and chocolatey with hints of spice

• Acidity: Bright and crisp

• Body: Smooth and velvety

• Altitude: 1,200 – 1,700 meters above sea level

• Variety: Predominantly Bourbon and Caturra

• Roast: Medium

• Bean: 100% Arabica

Renowned for its full body, bright acidity, and rich chocolatey-cocoa flavour, it is perfectly complemented by a toffee-like sweetness.  These characteristics make it a versatile choice, suitable for various brewing methods such as filter, espresso, or cafetière.

Experience the legacy of Mayan coffee craftsmanship coupled with our small batch roasting methods at The Shed, in Bordon, Hampshire.
