When it comes to rituals and habits - My first cup is often the start of the day, early morning before anyone else in the house has woken, it’s a moment of peace and quiet and enjoyment. Recently I’ve been drinking our Ethiopia Sidamo for its unique, bright crisp acidity, making this a delightful soft bodied coffee. A roast well suited for our current warm spring months with its brightening flavours.

Whether it’s the rich chocolatey tones of our Brazil Santos, or the bright, fruity lift of our Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, every bean tells a story. Our team is passionate about sourcing responsibly and roasting with precision—because you deserve a cup that’s full of depth and character.
If you order online, we’ll roast your beans fresh, to order, just before sending them out to you - ensuring you get the best possible experience from our small batch roasts. We genuinely look after every order, every coffee, every cup with passion and care.
